Episode Overview
When a film festival arrives in South Park, it wreaks havoc on the town's sewer system. Mr. Hankey reaches out to Kyle for assistance. However, the filmmakers misinterpret Kyle's desperate call for help as an intriguing story pitch and decide to create a movie featuring Tom Hanks alongside a monkey dubbed "Mr. Hankey." Kyle is furious that his concerns are being overlooked. Meanwhile, Chef's Salty Chocolate Balls manage to uplift everyone's spirits amidst the chaos.
