In Colorado, the law permits marijuana use with a doctor's recommendation. Randy eagerly stands at the front of the line to purchase some, only to be rejected due to his perfect health. Frustrated, he seeks a way to obtain a medical excuse for his cannabis cravings. Meanwhile, Cartman is determined to reclaim his cherished fried chicken restaurant, resorting to any means necessary to achieve his goal.
