Episode Overview

Veronica is suddenly assaulted by a shadowy intruder who leaves behind a puzzling ivory tile as his signature. When Marguerite stumbles upon the tile, she decides to conceal it from everyone else, aware that it holds a key to a dark secret from her history that now threatens her and her friends. As danger looms on the Plateau, Marguerite realizes she must confront her past. She ultimately reveals the true motivation behind her financial support for the Challenger Expedition and what she is truly seeking on the Plateau.
