In PacWorld, Kingpin Obtuse is in cahoots with Betrayus, plotting to swipe Pac's power berries with Skeebo's help. However, things take an unexpected turn when Skeebo, instead of delivering the berries to Kingpin, consumes them himself and transforms into the formidable Heebo-Skeebo, gaining incredible powers.
