Reeva Payge eliminates anyone in the Inner Circle who opposes her, solidifying her control. Six months later, the Mutant Underground rescues a girl from a Sentinel attack, though her family is lost in the chaos. Defying the rest of the team, Eclipse and Caitlin seek out a criminal hacker to gather intel on the Inner Circle. Meanwhile, Polaris is getting ready for her baby’s arrival, but as her contractions intensify, they start to attract metal objects, causing chaos. In a heartfelt moment, she makes Andy vow to protect the baby at all costs.
