Stu and Didi are determined to throw an unforgettable first birthday party for Tommy. They succeed, but not in the way they intended. Meanwhile, Tommy has his sights set on tasting Spike’s dog food, wanting to mimic his beloved pet. He even manages to convince the other Rugrats to join in on the idea.
