The neighborhood welcomes a new urban fashion franchise called "Niggaz," owned by African-Americans. However, controversy erupts when the franchise is managed by a Korean-American, sparking outrage among some locals over the name's implications. Seizing the opportunity, Jimmy capitalizes on the tension. Meanwhile, Terri finds herself drawn to the owner's son.
