The team explores the site, examining Herb Brockert's grading and drainage efforts. They lift the western facade and swap out decayed sections of the sill. Greg Clancey from SPNEA begins his initial investigation to uncover the building's original color scheme from 1888. Meanwhile, Richard Trethewey takes out the outdated steam boiler and talks about heating alternatives for the upper levels.
