J.D. is preoccupied with the lawsuit against Turk and decides to break things off with Neena, but she persistently refuses to accept his decision, keeping him under her influence. Meanwhile, Carla takes matters into her own hands, trying to convince Mr. Corman to withdraw his legal action. On a different front, Elliot is determined to show that she's no longer the same doctor she was four years prior and is ready to stand on her own without depending on others.
