Leslie is frustrated to discover that the library division plans to seize her designated lot. To complicate things further, the library is managed by Ron's former spouse, Tammy, who continues to exert a significant influence over him. At the same time, Andy secures a job, motivated by the desire to rekindle his romance with Ann.
