Mitchee is tired of Alan continually treating her like just another one of the guys, especially in front of Jordan. While Alan acknowledges her feelings, he overcorrects when mentioning his daughter at work, sparking a wave of rumors among the staff. At the same time, Farrah is eager to gain respect within the company and the boardroom, but Lee urges her to let her sister and father handle the business duties instead.
