Meanwhile, Eddie Reyna, known for his charm, discovers he is HIV positive and soon finds himself in danger from a former partner whom he infected. Additionally, Donna's sister, Dana, arrives for a visit, leading to tension between Donna and Medavoy as old family dynamics resurface.
