In the year 2027, Tokyo lies in ruins following a catastrophic earthquake, now transformed into a sprawling slum overtaken by sinister Boomers—artificial beings created through failed biotechnology. To combat their rampant criminal activity, the police have established a specialized unit equipped with cutting-edge technology known as the Advanced Police, or AD Police. This series chronicles their harrowing cases, rife with chaos, violence, and gunfire. In the premiere episode, "The Phantom Woman," Leon, our main character, faces a female Boomer he had previously killed, who has been illegally reactivated. Strangely, her only desire is to be shot dead by Leon once more.
