Episode Overview

Frank's unhealthy eating habits, filled with crisps, greasy fry-ups, and fish and chips, have made him a ticking health time-bomb. Following his doctor's recommendation, Janet swiftly puts him on a strict diet, but Frank is resistant to the change. Meanwhile, Rab finds it difficult to fill his hours while Jake is busy at work, and Tex takes on the role of matchmaker, trying to set Jimmy up with Claire, the daughter of Eddie and Alice.
