Jack embarks on a vacation with the intention of finally penning his novel. However, when he faces writer's block, he resorts to hiring an English professor to create the book on his behalf. Meanwhile, Maya, Elliott, and Nina are tasked with managing the magazine in Jack's absence, but their inability to reach consensus on even minor choices leads to chaos.
