Kelly encounters Joey, a troubled young alien boy who is acting out in foster care due to his deep concern for his incarcerated brother, Orlando. Worried about Orlando's well-being, Kelly enlists Kara's help to dig deeper, and together they uncover troubling instances of abuse within the prison system. Meanwhile, Nyxly intrudes into one of Nia's dreams, seeking her assistance for an undisclosed matter.
