The Goodies (1970)

Forced to leave Britain, the Goodies relocate to South Africa, only to discover a bizarre twist on the old system of segregation. With no black population to discriminate against, the authorities invent "apart-height," a policy that targets short people instead. Jockeys, children, and Bill himself find themselves at the bottom of this new social ladder, facing absurd restrictions and prejudice based purely on their stature. The trio must navigate this topsy-turvy world of height-based bigotry, where being vertically challenged is suddenly a crime.
