Dennis Nilsen, a former police officer and army veteran, suffocated young men, kept their bodies, and later dismembered them. Rodney Alcala, a sadistic rapist and serial killer, had taken the lives of four women by the time he participated in the well-known television program, the Dating Game. Meanwhile, J R Chavez, known as the Thrill Killer, wreaked havoc in Dallas, claiming the lives of five individuals in a single night.
