Title: The Delayed Inspector General Plot: In a bid to keep Colonel Klink from being reassigned to the Russian front, Hogan and his crew try to persuade an incoming Inspector General that Klink is a strict and unfeeling officer. However, their scheme takes an unexpected turn when it backfires, leading to Klink receiving a promotion to a position in Berlin instead!
