Episode Overview

Tarek and Christina receive a call from a financially strapped flipper eager to sell a project house. The property is in dismal shape, lacking bathrooms and a kitchen, and it's filled with nothing but plywood floors, exposed framing, and heaps of debris. As Tarek assesses the situation, he begins tallying the costs needed to renovate the house.
