Realizing that neither magic nor technology can effectively combat the gargoyles, Demona and Xanatos decide to merge the two forces. They utilize remnants from the gargoyles that perished at Castle Wyvern in 994 AD, along with Xanatos' advanced cybernetic technology, to engineer and resurrect a powerful new ally: Coldstone.
