J.D. invites Dr. Cox to lunch, but his plans are interrupted by the bothersome former patient, Jill Tracy, who ends up imparting a lesson on responsibility. Meanwhile, Elliot and Carla uncover that Todd has been fibbing about his numerous hospital encounters, leading them to question his honesty on other matters as well. Turk cautions them against interfering in Todd's personal life.
