Shredder and Krang remain at large on Earth, but lacking the Technodrome's resources, they devise a plan to pilfer equipment from the deserted Hall of Science at the World Fair. Meanwhile, Krang's ex-weapons engineer, Drakus, appears under the alias of Beserko, adding to the chaos.
