Sebastian finds himself in peril when a criminal he previously imprisoned manages to break free from police custody. In the meantime, Carter is assigned to ensure Sebastian's safety while he’s under protective custody. Their playful chemistry becomes the talk of the town, providing plenty of amusement for Tammy and Sebastian as they speculate about Carter and Hannah’s flirtation.
