While on patrol in Exeter with Razor, Steve Cruwys receives a call about a young man who’s suspected of assaulting a Big Issue seller. The man, feeling cornered by the questioning, has retreated into a house and is making aggressive threats about knives. When Steve arrives, he finds a chaotic scene, with the suspect still angrily shouting from the backyard.
