Amy and Tammy travel to Atlanta to consult with Dr. Procter about weight loss surgery. Upon their arrival, Dr. Procter sets a challenging weight loss target for Tammy that she must meet before he can approve her for the procedure. Meanwhile, the dietician delivers some disappointing news to Amy, adding to their struggles.
