Episode Overview
Ray and Debra stumble upon Frank painting their house, only to discover that Marie had pushed him to take on the project following his retirement. However, when Frank chooses a color they both dislike, Ray decides to let him go. This prompts Marie to disclose the real reason behind Frank's retirement.
