Episode Overview

Country singer Annabel reconnects with her old friend Martin, who is now a politician accompanied by the uptight Barbara. Meanwhile, Mary encounters veteran Jon during a sailing trip with her father, Rich. Gopher stumbles upon a large sum of money on deck and begins to dream about how he could spend it. As he becomes consumed by his daydreams, he imagines himself in control of the captain (Gavin MacLeod) and the crew in a wild fantasy. In "Country Blues," Annabel's reunion with Martin is complicated by his jealous companion, Miss Lawrence. Additionally, in "Daddy's Little Girl," a father (Mason Adams) struggles to accept his daughter’s impending divorce and interferes with her budding romance with a suitor (Frank Bonner).
