Episode Overview

Kaito Yashio and his friend Akiho Senomiya are the last two members of their school's Robotics Club. After Akiho submits a budget proposal to the staff room, they head to an old hangar where they’ve been developing a massive robot called Gunvarrel, inspired by a well-loved anime that never aired its final episode. The following day, the vice-principal agrees to fund the club, but only if they secure victory in an upcoming robot tournament in two weeks; failure would mean disbandment. As Kaito and Akiho weigh their chances of success, a mysterious girl is spotted discreetly observing them.
