Upon discovering a van left behind at a landfill, the team quickly realizes they're faced with an unprecedented case. The vehicle's door is secured, its windows tinted, and an unsettling buzzing emanates from within. Inside, Phoebe is slumped in the front seat, wasps crawling in and out of her open mouth, while the words "SAVE ME" are scrawled in blood across the windshield.
