Percy is thrilled with his new job at the Harbour, situated close to an airstrip where a smug helicopter named Harold resides. Harold boasts, claiming that "trains are sluggish and old-fashioned!" However, Percy decides to take a stand and proposes a race to show Harold otherwise.
