As the first snowfall of winter approaches, Zoe, Lassie, and Harvey decide to ignore Graham's cautions and follow a tagged bird they set free into the wild. Despite the worsening weather, they manage to rescue the bird, which is too frail to make the journey south. However, their brave efforts put them in peril as they face a fierce blizzard along the way.
