Episode Overview
Sipowicz experiences a haunting dream involving his father and Officer Dorning. In a separate incident, a police officer shoots a drug dealer but lacks evidence to confirm the dealer was armed. Sorenson and Sipowicz pull out all the stops to support him in this challenging situation. Meanwhile, Russell and Kirkendall work to mediate a conflict between a convicted mobster and his Polish neighbor, trying to find a resolution to their ongoing tensions.
