Episode Overview

A couple residing in a costly Regency-era home in Cheltenham choose to put it on the market and construct a sleek, easy-care dwelling in their backyard. Yet, local height rules force them to sink 60 percent of the new house below ground, while neighbors file 90 objections to the proposal. Unfazed, they push forward, but the venture hits more snags, including their builders walking off the job.
