S2E3 The Wool Mill, Netherton, Yorkshire
Episode Overview
A crumbling woollen mill tucked away in a Yorkshire village might not scream modernist architecture to most. But for Chris and Gill, who happen to run their own bespoke joinery company, it was the ideal canvas for a bold dream home. They adored the original brickwork and decided to leave the façade almost completely as it was. Inside, however, they planned a full transformation—removing everything to craft a flowing, open-plan living space, complete with a dramatic atrium and a galleried upper level.
