Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer assist a co-pilot, his spouse, and their infant as they relocate from Cardiff to Somerset for better access to Bristol Airport. However, the family quickly realizes that the property market in the West Country is significantly more expensive than in Wales, making it challenging to find a home of comparable size.
