Sean and Christian are conducting a micro-liposuction on Joy Kringle, who portrays Mrs. Claus during the holidays. Unexpectedly, they discover a seventeen-year-old fetus inside her. Meanwhile, Julia is feeling unwell. After Sean runs a blood test, the results reveal the reason for her discomfort: she is pregnant.
