Episode Overview
A young boy named Ricky is struck by lightning. David, Kate, and Sam rush to the scene, but the storm prevents their departure. As Ricky suffers in pain, Kate suggests they should let him go, but David, as a doctor, is adamant that he cannot abandon a patient in distress. Eventually, a helicopter arrives, and they transport Ricky to the hospital. Fortunately, he is expected to recover.
