Detective Joe Miller is drawn into a harrowing investigation when two men are discovered charred to death inside a pawn shop, seemingly tied to a mysterious key and a botched deal. Upon receiving the key, Joe uncovers that it’s one of almost a hundred artifacts imbued with supernatural abilities, all linked to a concealed motel room. Alongside the Wiesel, Joe attempts to retrieve a clock from the grasp of object collector Karl Reutzfeld. In a shocking turn of events, Joe finds himself wrongfully accused of his partner's murder.
