Jay Blades and his team revive three beloved family heirlooms, each carrying precious memories. Paper conservator Louise Drover works on a water-damaged pastel portrait of a young couple, which holds great significance for owner Simon, as it depicts him and his late wife Vicky during a joyful holiday. Meanwhile, mechanical expert Steve Fletcher receives a vintage toy rocket from the 1950s, once capable of sparking, gifted to owner Marcus by his grandfather with a warning to handle it carefully. Lastly, leather specialist Suzie Fletcher is excited to restore a well-worn purse that Jennie considers her lucky charm, though it's currently held together with elastic bands and needs her skillful touch to return it to its former glory.
