Plot

Moe, Larry, and Shemp figure their talent for dodging the IRS is a marketable skill, so they launch a shady tax-consulting firm. The cash rolls in fast, but their luck runs dry when a sly undercover agent infiltrates their operation and gathers enough evidence to nail them. The trio's empire collapses, and they end up trading their fancy suits for prison stripes.
