Nomad (2017)

Plot

A merchant, his son, and their dogs traverse a desolate, war-torn wasteland, guided by an antique map toward a fabled fertile refuge. After surviving the brutal desert crossing, they finally stand at the gates of this promised civilization. But entry demands a single, deceptively simple trial: at dawn, they must plant four stakes and enclose the vastest area they can before sunset, returning to the first stake as night falls. Through this test, the film explores the clash between greed and community, the scars of displacement, and the unbreakable, fragile bond between a father and his son.
