Headsome (2013)

Plot

A scientist who vanished years ago unexpectedly shows up at his wealthy twin brother's estate, explaining he'd been conducting animal head-transplant experiments in a secluded Asian facility. That secret becomes vital after a terrible accident leaves the brother fully controlling his sibling's body. But soon, the captive twin begins exhibiting disturbing signs of psychological unraveling.
