Plot

On the fringes of Madrid sprawls La Cañada Real, one of Europe’s largest unauthorized settlements. Fifteen-year-old Tonino, a Roma boy, has spent his whole life there, capturing its gritty reality on his phone alongside his closest friend, Bilal, fueled by the gypsy folklore his family shares. Their world shatters when an eviction notice lands on his doorstep, and Bilal reveals he’s leaving for good. Tonino is caught between chasing a fresh start and staying loyal to his family and heritage.
