Plot

Rhino and Penny find themselves helpless captives of the sinister Man with the Green Eye, dangling high above a fiery abyss inside his heavily fortified stronghold. As the flames lick closer and their bonds hold tight, Penny’s father steps in with a daring solution—transforming Rhino into an ultra-powered super hamster.
